Great-Grandma Shirley

Doug's grandma, Shirley was in town this last weekend for her high-school reunion. We got to enjoy an afternoon visit with her. She taught me and Sierra how to bedazzle with crystals. We made some of Lauren's bibs sparkle. It was so much fun I had to get my own bedazzler tool - so did Sierra!

She came bearing a beautiful quilt for Lauren so of course we had a mini photo shoot. I'm so glad Lauren has gifts like these to treasure when she's older. The quilt is gorgeous and will be a family heriloom for sure!

2 Months Old

Lauren turned 2 months old this week! It's so hard to believe how quickly time is passing! She checked out perfectly at the doc. She's 95th percentile for height and 50th for weight. Long and skinny - just like Nathan was. She's smiling regularly now and sleeping up to 7 hours at night! Yay!!! She's growing up and I can hardly stand how cute she is!
